EPCC OF CPF1 CAMP
SCOPE OF WORK
This project shall meet the work and live requirement for production staff in CPF1 area, which includes but not limited to the following works:
A new staff camp will be built inside CPF1 security defence area, to meet the working and living requirements of CPF1 production staff which includes but not limited to accommodation, dining, service facility, and other ancillary facilities, etc.
The main SOW includes but not limited to the following:

Three (3) dormitory (type-A):3x18singlerooms.

Three (3) dormitory (type-B):3×14 double rooms.

A dining hall: The dining hall is separate for Chinese and Arabic restaurants.

Four(4) prefabricated fresh-keeping(4˚C) containers.

Three(3) prefabricated freezer(-18˚C)containers.

Service building: One service building with substation and clothes washing.

Two(2)guard rooms in the south gate and east gate of the camp.

Outdoor utility system includes power supply, water supply, drain, and fire water, safety equipment.
