OIL FIELD OVERVIEW
Missan Oil Field is located in the SE of Iraq, close to the border with Iran, some 175 kilometers N-NW of the city of Basrah, and 350km SE of Bagdad – the capital of Iraq. Missan Oil Field includes three producing fields： Abu Ghirab, Buzurgan and Fauqi. Abu Ghirab and Fauqi fields straddle the bounder with Iran. Missan Oil Field was built in 1976, and suffered from Iran-Iraq War and Iraq War. Many facilities need to be revamped and upgraded.
WATER PIPELINE FROM MUSHARRAH PUMP STATION TO BUT
Water Pipeline from Musharrah Pump Station to BUT is our responsibility to built, including the following branches but not limit to branches for Refinery, Work Base, Degassing Station BUS3, BUS2, BUT Power Plant & Village, National Power Plant and BUT terminal, the branches will be specified according to requirement by Work Order. We connect the newly built water pipeline with in-service facility in Musharrah Pump Station, BUT, DGS and each branch end by TIE-IN or reserve tie-in points for future as instructed by Company.

STATEMENT OF PROJECT GOALS
The basic objective of the Facility is to supply production to satisfy client contractual requirements. Supporting this basic objective are a number of Project goals which must be achieved.

SCOPE OF WORK
This scope of work defines a new facility which should be built for the client. We shall ensure that the Facilities shall be fit and suitable for the intended purpose, (attaining without limitation the guaranteed performance requirements), We shall perform all such work, supply all such MATERIALS, and provide such services not specifically mentioned in the contract but which can be reasonably inferred from the contract as being required for the proper execution of the work and the proper performance of the Facilities.
PROJECT PHILOSOPHY
The Facilities shall be designed for safe, continuous and reliable operation for a service life of at least 25 years in the climate of the Site area in the Iraq. It shall be noted that no production stoppage will be allowed during the execution of the project. We make a detailed plan for the project, to ensure safety and steady execution of the construction. Safety, quality and high reliability of the facilities are primary objectives. High overall availability of the Facilities will be ensured by suitable redundancy of facilities by specifying that all facilities used must be of a design that has been well proven over many years of operation in similar service. The Facilities shall be designed and constructed to be capable of operation that complies with the Environmental Impact Assessment as well as requirements from national, regional and local Iraq Authorities and the required regulations and standards for minimizing adverse effects on the environment.
